Absolutely do not think about Han Solo being so excited to be a dad

Don’t think about Han holding Ben for the first time and Ben grabbing onto his fingers 

Don’t think about him carrying Ben everywhere and showing him off to his friends 

Don’t think about them play fighting or Han reading him a bedtime story or Han giving him to Chewie if Ben was upset so Chewie could hug him and make him feel better

Don’t think about Han being upset when they sent Ben away to Luke because he missed his son

Don’t think about Han taking it harder than Leia when he became Kylo Ren

Hey, any The Force Awakens fanfic writers. Because the movie isn’t on DVD yet, it’s pretty difficult to quote the movie perfectly (unless you have a photographic memory). And if you’re a perfectionist like me, that’s Pretty Damn Annoying if you can’t remember the on-screen conversation to quote in a fic.

Which is why I found me a copy of the script. Because Disney keeps their shit on lockdown, I can’t really post a link publicly, but I’ve got a link and if (when) that gets taken down, I’ve got the PDF. my favorite part about The Force Awakens is that they used the same transitions that they did in the original trilogy, which should have looked cool except it just reminded me of microsoft powerpoint slide transitions
