On Jan. 22, 1973, the Supreme Court ruled in Roe v. Wade that a woman’s choice to have an abortion was a fundamental right under the Constitution. In the 42 years since then, a woman’s right to safe, legal abortion has been threatened again and again.

Hi I am so confused, and I am seeing it everywhere, but what does "terf" mean I'm sorry I just am so in the dark
Terf is an acronym for “Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminist” and that basically means they don’t think trans women are real women and they don’t belong in women spaces and basically just imagine what would happen if a meninist and taylor swift’s version of feminism had a baby.
"We workshopped what it was like for women in science at the time to go through graduate school and have Ellie’s experience. And we talked to lots of women scientists who were in graduate school during a very difficult time for women in science to be in graduate school. Carl was obsessed with this.
He was such a feminist. He was the most extraordinary feminist for a man who came from really the 40s, you know? And really didn’t come from feminism at all. And he experienced (and I know he did with Lynn Margulis)—he was very sympathetic to her experience—women really not being treated well as scientists in graduate school.
So we workshopped this. And we had women come in and tell anecdotes that you can see in the background of Ellie’s experience and how she’s treated by her professors. And the most gratifying thing consequentially about Contact is how many women astronomers there now are.
There’s almost a parity in science now in astronomy. And so many women that I meet at astronomy conventions tell me that Contact drew them in.”
Even when pharmacists do let people access contraception, whether emergency contraception or condoms or prescription birth control pills, the process isn’t always free of judgment. In a series of recent online discussions, people across the country have begun to share stories of the stigma they’ve experienced. As many have pointed out, this can be especially damaging to teens.
DO YOU SEE THIS? PHARMACY EMPLOYEES IN THE U.S. ARE NOT LEGALLY ALLOWED TO DO THIS. THAT GOES FOR THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT AS WELL AS PEOPLE IN WHITE COATS BEHIND THE CAGE.
If an employee in a pharmacy makes a snide comment - Front store workers, pharmacists, or Pharmacy Techs give you shit? Gently (Or not so gently) remind them that the waiver they signed upon being hired legally binds them from commenting on your purchase, as it is a violation of privacy laws. Doing so is grounds for INSTANT termination and hefty fines.
Pharmacy workers (white coats) are legally obligated to ASK if you need an explanation of how medication works and any side effects, any medication conflicts etc. If you decline, THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ALL TO MAKE SNIDE REMARKS OR FARTHER COMMENT ON YOUR PURCHASE. FRONT STORE EMPLOYEES CAN NOT AT ALL COMMENT IN ANY WAY, IN ANY STORE WITH A PHARMACY IN IT.
Know your rights. If this shit happens? Call them the fuck out and ask to speak to a manager. Get worked up. Cause a scene. Threaten a Lawsuit. If you see this happening to someone else, and they seem to be struggling, speak up for them.
As a Pharmacy worker, you bet your ass I’ll protect you and your privacy. IT’S MY JOB.
On September 6, 2020 feminist activists broke into the office of the
director of the national commission on human rights in Mexico City.
The action was taken in protest against a state that does nothing to
prevent the killing and rape of girls and women in Mexico
terf Jean O’ Leary instructed mc Vito Russo to attack Sylvia Rivera with the microphone instead of giving it to her for her scheduled speaking time before this famous video in 1973 at the Christopher Street Liberation Day Rally. She is also connected to Sylvia Rivera attempting suicide. (source 1) (source 2) (source 3)
Janice Raymond made transphobic report to the government in 1981 that was used for the government and healthcare suppliers to then deny any and all healthcare related to trans people. There are so many sources on this you can use, I’m just going to link you to the transadvocate article saying that she is to blame.
In 1999 a 16 year old trans girl was sold a ticket to Michigan Womyn’s Music Festival and was berated and attacked by terfs. The young trans girl was forced to stand in front of a crowd of terfs as they all chanted “rapist” at her for hours. Towards the end of the show, a terf threatened to kill the teenager and no one cared. (source)
And, let’s not even forget about everything Cathy Brennan continues to do to this day.
Terfs are violent, genocidal terrorists who are ok with murdering children or pushing children to suicide.
If trans-inclusionary feminism becomes the norm, TERFs risk losing their cis privilege. If trans-exclusionary feminism becomes the norm, trans women risk losing their lives.
Hey bearded trans men trying to get into restrooms with the governor’s wife: you forgot about us! Stop scapegoating trans women who don’t pass as cisgender, gender nonconforming folks, and nonbinary people. We should be allowed into whatever restroom we want, regardless of what we look like.
I love how you don’t even ask if I had permission or not and just assume I didn’t. I’m sure you’d do the same if I were a cis woman. 🙄
I had her consent to be part of this project and she was fully informed on the messaging. You’re just proving our point that trans women hurting cis women in restrooms is a fabricated issue. Gotta appreciate how TERFs spend all their time making up accusations against trans women instead of tackling real issues.
Support all trans women. Support trans women who wear no makeup. Trans women who cover our faces in it. Trans women who don’t pass as cisgender. Trans lesbians. Butch trans women. Trans women you aren’t attracted to. Trans women who have beards. Trans women who wear clothes designed for men. Trans women who aren’t out yet. Trans women who are still figuring it out. Support all trans women regardless of how we present ourselves. Support all trans women.
not only has she avoided accountability, but multiple trans people have come forward about her sexually abusing them, and sometimes abusing them in other ways. sheโs threatened her victim into silence and tried to play off any mention of what sheโs done as transmisogyny. eli erlick is her name and sheโs been using her positions of power in trans spaces to her advantage.
if that isnโt enough for people to not support her (which it should be), she also identifies as a โdykeโ (anti-lesbian slur) and โbutchโ (lesbian-specific identity) both while not being a lesbian. her victim who has come forward has also experienced ableism from eli.
so basically, sheโs a rapist, abuser, ableist, and lesbophobic. she also has been trying to turn the tables on her victim, pretending like her abuse wasnโt abuse because her victim consented on other occasions.
please reblog and spread this around, iโm sure sheโll be blocking me in response soon, sheโs done that to everyone trying to make it known that she is a rapist.
if Eli Erlick sees you circulating information about her abusing other trans people, she will attempt to contact you in order to lie to you and block you if you do not help clear her image.
