sometimes when i get home from work i feel so disassociated like im not even a person like i’ll be in my room and be like ‘am i real? is this real?’ and honestly i think it’s because i’ve had to completely overhaul my personality at work because normally i’m shy and introverted but you can’t really be that at work so i’m friendly and extroverted and i just come home and feel like a fake person
