Could you explain me something about the Observable Universe? If I understand correctly, it is the Universe that can be perceived because light and other signals from it had time to reach Earth. Does that mean that at each passing second, the Observable Universe grows slightly larger because more light from "x light-years + 1 second" are able to reach Earth? Or is it pretty much fixed?
