Eat half of one (cookie/brownie/whatever it is you’re eating) first and wait 60-90 minutes for it to kick in so you will now how strong it is. Then eat the rest if necessary. Edible highs last way longer than smoking highs (5-8+ hours depending on metabolism) so make sure you’ve got your schedule cleared lmao. You’ll peak around 3 hours. Drink water, chill out, listen to good music. Have a good trip, kiddo.
