You're really strong for going through this. I know you don't have the money for a lawyer, but have you considered going viral or appealing to the media? Sometimes local news stations (like WZZM 13 On Your Side Grand Rapids) do things where you submit a query, and they look into it and ask questions (especially if others have gone through the same thing) and bring publicity and spotlight to a situation. Former uni wouldn't like that kind of attention, so then maybe something could be done?
Okay so their ‘official’ reason for dismissal was my semester gpa. However it’s required that I be notified of a low gpa and then put on academic probation for one semester before dismissal. I went from having no probation period to being completely dismissed. They never put me on academic probation but at that point in time I just wanted to have nothing to do with the uni anymore
