I’ve been issued a total of 12 parking tickets during my time at uni, all of which had been falsely issued and then repealed. Parking enforcement is very aware of who I am because I very aggressively do not tolerate their disaster of a department.
But today takes the fucking cake of parking enforcement and their bullshittery. They reached peak clusterfuck today.
Parking enforcement gave me two tickets today, for two different lots, at the exact same time. Neither of which was the lot I was actually parked in.
I got both tickets appealed, with the appeals officer literally just making up some bullshit about how it was all a typo and how the second one was issued within 4 hours so that one didn’t count and he completely sidestepped my question of how I never got physical copies of either ticket so whatever typo bullshit he’s giving me doesn’t even make sense and he had the fucking audacity to tell me “yeah just don’t let it happen again” LET WHAT HAPPEN AGAIN? I WAS LEGALLY PARKED YOU JUST DECIDED YOU WERE GONNA FUCK UP MY DAY AND LITERALLY FABRICATE TICKETS FOR LOTS IM NOT EVEN PARKED IN
