Remember when Jeff Bezos, who is worth 181 billion USD donated 690k to stopping Australian fires? Yeah, me too.
That’s 11.5 times longer than the human race has existed.
Not long enough.
What if we gave it a twist? Rather than earning that amount of money, what if it was to save that amount while still paying bills and feeding himself?
And since it IS hell, his car starts making a Noise about once a month.
This is a very crucial lesson about many social media and content sharing platforms. No matter how much work is done, content creators are viewed as free labor by those holding the platforms, and expectations of getting paid are viewed as a bug, not a feature.
