I really can’t tell you tbh I use dollar store product and have dyed my hair to hell and back over the years and yet it’s still fluffy and soft
The main thing I do, I guess, is shampoo my hair in a normal amount of time but then put in conditioner and let it sit while I wash the rest of myself in the shower so the conditioner gets 5-10 minutes to sit in the hair? I think it makes it softer
