I really hope that driver is able to cope with an experience like that and has the support in their life to get through this. I rarely wish bad things on people but those criminals WILL get what they deserve, sooner or later.

our drivers, when they’re involved with experiences like that have access to our grief counselors and I hope he’ll visit them
