It is literally impossible for him to “power” his little setup this way, that would violate the laws of thermodynamics. All the force the air is exerting forwards on the umbrella would be equally canceled out by backwards force on the leaf blower. He has to be doing something else, and he is. If you look at the wheels on the bucket before and after he sits down in it with the leaf blower, they’ve obviously changed, not to mention the obvious board sticking out the front. He probably just removed the other wheels and glued it to a motorized skateboard or something.
