Hey, I'm sorry to hear about the dreams. Have you tried gripping onto something like a teddy bear or anything at night? I remember that grounding me when I was asleep a while ago and let me pull out of nightmares. Or possibly trying to realize that you're dreaming? When you do, you can try to take control of stuff or pull out. Again, sorry about the nightmares! I hope you can sleep well again!

The thing is that they’re not nightmares, though. I’m not scared. I’m almost emotionless and if anything methodical in my dreams where some sort of catastrophe is happening. I’m just, I’m not scared or upset or worried and instead I usually behave logically and calmly like I was trained to handle that type of situation
