It’s times like this that remind me where on the left I stop, because this shit is just disgusting. It’s one thing to do this for, say, Trump, who is an active threat to American democracy and got 200,000 people killed because he refused to respond to the pandemic. The royals are figureheads at this point: they hold no real power (at least as far as I know).
1) you’re wrong, they have way more power than the public generally believes
They could renounce their wealth and power, including their lavish taxpayer funded lifestyle and political power, any time they like. Until then, they absolutely deserve everything they get
