I’ve just started playing the game Firewatch and it just fills me with the strangest sort of nostalgia even though the game takes place 9 years before I was born like,, the aesthetics and architecture and fuck even the storyline just kinda fills me with this weird sort of nostalgia and sort of emotions that bring me back to when I was 2-4 so like, really young, and idk if thats a good thing or not considering how dark the game is but maybe its the kind of people that my parents were that remind me of Henry and Julia or maybe its the fact that my dad was really outdoorsy and he traveled national parks a lot while my mother was a (wannabe) academic like idk but its fucking with me bad

He covers just a menagerie of obscure topics ranging from the Collyer Brothers to Chris Chan to the bizarreness of YouTube Kids channels and nostalgic early 2000s events like what happened to Spoony and DarkSydePhil and stuff about how fucked up behind the scenes of Neopets was and weird scientific stuff like Time Cube and TempleOS. You should definitely check him out I’ve been a huge fan for like 3 years now and his content is so addicting

We saw these things outside the gaudi cathedral today and I’m gonna fuckin cry I was laughing so hard
This is my absolute favorite scam only because some creepy dude tried to pull it on the elementary students by the funeral home (our bus stop was in front of the funeral home idk why private school is like that and anyday is wasn’t open or the owner wans’t there he’d be out there) and everytime someone would complain that he was being way to weird with the kids and school administrator would like come shoo him away and he’d just leave a few days then come back because technically he wasn’t on school grounds since our bus stop was just outside of school grounds, and one day when i was like 15 I got tired of this dude set up banging music and trying to scam kids infront of the funeral home so I had my dad pick me up and told him to bring the shears and I just grabbed these big ass sheers out of my dads car and walked up while this dude was screaming at me to not touch his merchandise and i just cut the fishing line and watched the row of like 8 cartoon cutouts just fall to the ground as boom boom pow blasted and I legit thought this grown ass man was about me and I was fully prepared to stab him with the shears but then my dad got out and the dude got scared and ran off and I never saw him again, but someone told me he got arrested for breaking into the funeral home and stealing chemicals, idk if that was true or just a school rumor
Update i have found out that he did in fact get arrested for stealing chemicals
