I was also thinking that bone damage would cause disruption in red blood cell production as well as structural issues due to reduced bone density, I also wonder if this theoretical person would even have leg function. This is all just wondering on my part but it was a fun thought exercise! Also you seem super cool and super smart!
You can always look into like ISS astronaut med reports but yeah low gravity has big effects on muscle density/function as well as like cardiovascular function
