A drug called Mutaflor, which contained strains of E. Coli. For flatulence.

Because of all the meth and cocaine, Morell would give hitler bromide sedatives to sleep. Morell would repeatedly give him too much which would slow hitlers breathing to a crawl. Instead of lowering the dose he would inject him with respiratory stimulants.
