My nephew has adhd and in particular he can talk and talk and talk until the end of time and I’m the only person in my family that will sit with him and just listen to him infodump about minecraft or guns or w/e because my bio dad had adhd and I learned how to just. Sit there and listen to this dude give a masterclass lecture about weather models or cars or how to build guns and bombs and shit
love how you can just have a random animal in your house and u cant actually talk to each other but you kinda can through gestures and word tones and its just like having a little dude in ur house
Like obviously you cant just have a talk w ur pet but they can understand happy/sad/angry/etc tones when you do talk to them and you can learn their body language so you can respond accordingly and to an extent vice versa so that u can communicate is so so sweet
like that’s a whole different species!!!!!! of animal!!!!!!!! and you can communicate with them!!!! and they can communicate with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! like when you think about it thats so incredible!!!!
and then there’s highly intelligent non domestic species that we can communicate with!!!! Dolphins, elephants, octopuses, apes, parrots, corvids, there’s so many!!!!! And they can speak with us!!! and use tools!!! just like we used to when we were first evolving from ‘primitive’ species!! how fucking cool is that!!!!!!!!!

When ur depressed af one of the most annoying things is ppl going “how are u feeling” in that Special Voice™ like binch don’t talk to me like that don’t ask if I’m ok don’t u dare utter that bs “it gets better” nonsense better yet just don’t talk to me if ur gonna take on that Concerned Mom™ tone bc girl I don’t even open up to myself!!! What makes u think I’m gonna talk to u!!! U can’t appeal to my emotions because I haven’t had any in years!!! Especially when u have that condescending tone like “I pity this poor sad person uwu” bitch I’ll curb stomp u into the ground and then dissociate on ur corpse
