I’m glad Chauvin got convicted but at the same time I’m very frustrated in a way that I can’t really articulate as a white person but like. While him being convicted is a win, It’s not instantly gonna change things. Black people are still being murdered by cops. And it’s like yes crabrave at him being found guilty but on the other hand black lives are still being murdered and this is the one time the courts got it right. But there’s one thousand times they’ve gotten it wrong in turn and it’s just. Very frustrating.
