not sure why people find this weird, both are made for the human sitting in them to be able to do so relatively comfortably for long hours. It just happens to be that ergonomics don't really change *that* much over the course of growing up.
I have to say that I thought the Gaming Bed would be a lot more than starting at under $600.
Bauhutte, a Japanese gaming furniture company,
promotes the bed to gamers who don’t want to have to get up from their beds to get to their gaming desks.
Instead, they can stay in Bauhutte’s gaming bed, which comes with headphone hangers, cup holders and a desk for gaming screens. I would say that this is the basic model.
Bauhutte is offering the ultimate gaming bed packed with snacks, drink holders, speakers, desk space for multiple screens and even a cozy blanket. This model can run over $1,100.
The gaming bed means gamers can play non-stop without having to leave for pesky interruptions like eating or sleeping - only the call of nature might lure them away as the bed does not currently feature a bathroom.
A metallic arm attached to the bed can mount a tablet screen above a person’s face so they never have to actually get up.
The price includes a cozy $40 bed blanket.
The blanket, in reality is a hooded, full-body suit.
The “ultimate bed” caters to more serious gamers, with the addition of a ‘gaming wagon’ that can hold a 'large amount of sweets and drinks.’
on the one hand connecting all of your online profiles to a public account so random people on the internet can see everything you do is probably not a very good idea. on the other i'm losing my shit reading these comments.
If true we HAVE to make this the biggest flop in gaming history, as in 'destroys the company' levels of gaming flop as in a 'lesson must be taught' gaming flop, as in 'E.T. destroyed atari' gaming flop

Advancing from its business of beautiful customized versions of Game Boys and other consoles, Rose Colored Gaming is working on its very own device. The Pascali is a Raspberry Pi-based console with a laser cut case, that plays NES, SNES, MAME, CPS-1, Neo Geo, Game Boy/Color/Advance, Game Gear, PC Engine, Sega Master System, Genesis, DOS, Apple 2, Atari 2600, and other games — via emulation, of course. It doesn’t have a dozen different circuitboards and cartridge slots buried in it.
And! It outputs to a TV via HDMI.
There’s no release info yet, and this is still a prototype, but I want one.
In an awesome display of support dozens of gaming companies are coming forth with support and job opportunities for the now unemployed workers from telltale. These are just 10 of dozens of companies on twitter with these sentiments. It’s times like these where I love being a gamer and in the gaming community. Blizzard, naughty dog, Ubisoft, zenimax and countless others are showing the support that these workers deserve and need and it is truly classy!!!
