Fordite is so fascinating to me because of how itβs made. Itβs the only man-made agate and itβs made from layers upon layers of paint used in the Ford Rouge plant in Detroit. Itβs layers of paint from detailing cars. And itβs sold as jewelry now. And itβs fucking beautiful
