throwback to the time i worked at danny trejo's donut shop and we had a work meeting and he was there filming b-roll for an msnbc interview he was doing and he complimented my hat that said "ARM TRANS WOMEN DISARM THE POLICE" and then sat down next to me so they could get promo pictures, that was a pretty cool day
honestly what I’ve always liked about this is that the growing power didn’t come from just the act of touching the ground - but from the weight or pressure put into the ground.
As the foot is no longer supporting weight, the life begins to die.
It’s a very subtle, very specific animation decision that makes this different from a lot of similar “touch of life” tropes.

I had her consent to be part of this project and she was fully informed on the messaging. You’re just proving our point that trans women hurting cis women in restrooms is a fabricated issue. This is a masterpiece of a movie. Three homeless people, A runaway girl, a alcoholic father, and a trans woman, are wandering the streets on Christmas eve, when they find a baby abandoned in a dump. They decide to care for it, while they wander around trying to find her mother, meeting many oddballs on their way.
Directed my the great Satoshi Kon, this movie is a must watch for anybody! It’s hilarious, touching, and will have you at the edge of your seat by the end of the crazy journey!

There’s not one actual reason a trans-positive post has to be either for trans women or trans men or any other trans identity. Including both hurts literally no one and helps some. The only reason some one would be upset about the inclusion of more trans identities in a positive post is transphobia.
Further, you can’t fucking takeover a post on tumblr. It’s an open and public website, and yes someone might add something to a post you don’t like, but guess what? You can ignore them, anon, and you can still respond to, edit, or otherwise interact with the post the exact same way as before.
