if nothing else helps do try cutting down or eliminating dairy. i've had bad acne for years, and recently started having digestive issues after eating dairy so i'm cutting it out of my diet and my face already looks better. i feel better too. i hope you find something that works!

In middle / high school my school did this really weird fashion thing and ok. So, the brand we went through to buy all of our school spirit stuff was this local place and they always made the god damn head holes too small on our hoodies. Only the hoodies. You could hardly put them on because they always made the head hole so damn small. So, people started cutting their hoodies down the middle, cutting Vs out of the neckline, etc. The most popular fix for this problem was to cut the hoodie about halfway down the middle and then lace is up with shoestrings. That carried over into hoodies that WEREN’T too small for your head. All through middle and high school boys and girls alike would cut down their hoodies and lace them up no matter what hoodie it was, whether it be the school spirit hoodies or Aeropostale hoodies or Polo
