Go to the hospital, get part of your pancreas removed because it’s necrotic, get hella drugs for your also failing kidneys, get put on a vent and a feeding tube because you caught covid while in the hospital back before anyone knew how bad covid was, lose 40lbs in 10 days and then 60 more in the month following, leave the hospital and get diagnosed as a magical type one diabetic and then have your pancreas recover enough to not actually have diabetes anymore
