sorry to get all serious but I've based my worth on academics my whole life and three years into my 5 year program I realised that it's too bad for my mental health and it's not for me and even if I do graduate I won't be able to find a job. it took me two and a half years to accept it because I've equated giving up with failure and I thought I'd be worthless. one if the reasons I'm out of there (and so so much better) is you because i realised that people can quit what they're studying/working on and that doesn't mean they're failures so thank you for that
