one time i was prescribed effexor and holy shit did i have The craziest vivid dreams. it felt like i was stuck in rem cycle and unable to enter deep sleep. it was so exhausting feeling like you're fully lucid in every dream the entire night, idk how i did it for a month tbh. but now im on adderall for adhd and its sooo much better for me. none of the antidepressants ever ended up working for me lol
