I'm not positive but I think the spoon thing has to do with people who have chronic pain diseases. my sister has fibromyalgia and she sometimes says stuff about being a spoonie or not having enough spoons for the day. she means that she gets worn out easily and can't find enough energy to do everything she needs to because of her chronic pain.

Well. I caved. Doc recommended either braces or a cane and tbh I’d rather not have either but the cane is way damn cheaper. I’m super nervous and self conscious about it like 10/10 prob gonna have at least one anxiety attack today but like.

At least people treat me like a Real Disabled™ now as opposed to one of those pesky Fake Disabled™ /s

the lady at the store I’m pretty sure could tell I was nervous af bless her for helping me size one
