Also my manager vehemently supports my chosen name and not my given name and a lot of the people that work here have their pronouns in their email signatures and it’s really nice

I go by Jess not Jessica and my manager will stop and correct herself if she calls me Jessica and it’s really nice like even though I’m not trans it’s good that people respect chosen names over given names also I’ve told her it’s not that I hate being called Jessica I just prefer Jess
