From off panel, I hold my hands out to Maggie, who leans away

Me: Aw, Maggie doesn't wanna come up?

Maggie: Mother I am not a child.

Me: You're ten months old.

Maggie: I am a warrior.

Bunny pops up from behind her sister.

Bunny: I'm not! I'm baby <3

I scoop Bunny up while Maggie watches in shock and confusion.

Me: Aw, yes you are, Bunny. Who's my sweet baby?

Maggie flops on her back and shows her tummy. She has big blobby tears in her eyes.

Maggie: Mommy??? Betrayal?? You abandon your baby?? Your Darling Girl?? Your little Maggie-Pie?!?

End ID.

Maggie is a strong, independant kitten, so long as you never pay attention to anyone else, ever.

On April 8, 2014, Philadelphia Zoo welcomed three new little ones to their home as a Black-footed Cat named Aza gave birth to an adorable litter of kittens. The first ever Black-footed Cats ever born at the zoo, the kittens— named Drogon, Rhaegal and Viserion—are little, black-footed felines native to southern Africa.

We have 3 cats, one fat shorthair male, one slightly less fat but longhair female, and one tiny little runt-of-the-litter shorthair grandma cat that weights about 4 pounds (she’s perfectly healthy, just the size of a 5 month old kitten). Fatso and slightly-less-fatso have the most dainty, small, high pitched meows. So dainty. So cute.

Meanwhile our tiny grandma cat sounds like a hawk screaming with gravel in its mouth when she meows. She sounds like the devil.

A very rough, short comic put together in 3-4 days because I wanted to experiment a little and practice drawing cats.. The original concept spawned from a thought that I tweeted a few days ago.

I had to eyeball from stock photos for some poses of the cats since I don’t actually have a cat to reference (I’m mildly allergic… Much sadness). Although there are many mistakes artwork-wise, I hope some of you will enjoy! Thank you for reading.

Edit: 9th page updated because I found a mistake lol. Also TW for mention of animal cruelty
