I have only seen the asks about your spine and not your post about your spine so I don't know exactly how you're hurt but I got a herniated disc in feb and have been out of work since. I'm 4months out not and am almost back to normal. 80% of injuries like mine are usually healed by the 6mo mark. I'm not doing PT and minimal stretching. One thing I learned is once you start getting better you have to push yourself very carefully. You can't always wait until you "feel" ready. Sometime the stuff comes first and the ready comes after. Hope this helped a bit.
