fucked up back solidarity (70 curve in my thoracic & 40 in my lumbar). best piece of advice is know where your furniture is in the event you have to get up shortly after laying down bc your spine Will attempt to put your ass on the floor and it might succeed if you don't catch yourself. also relaxing your muscles when you lay down Might Suck, A Lot, and for that I have no solution. just relax em slowly & remember to breathe
GOD the relaxing bit is so true. I lay down at night and it takes me 10 minutes of controlled breathing to truly relax. God it sucks
