I found walking and certain squished goblinesque positions helped, but I had friends who would not leave the bed and heating pad for the world. Also - for a few weeks I could feel it, but it's super not painful. Just a little funky feeling towards below my stomach. Now it's fine and I love it, way better than when I was on depo-provera
And idk how I feel about saying this, but I would recommend going through the birth control reddits for some good crowd sourced info lol
