Most birth control pills work on a monthly basis. Each container has several packets, each one containing a month's worth of pills. You take the first on the day your period begins. Then you just take one every day. Theoretically, your period should eventually sync to the pills, with the placebo pills being taken on the days of your period. Really try to take them every day or it can stop working. It's not a guarantee that you won't get pregnant on them, so it's recommended to also use condoms and other forms of pregnancy prevention of you are having sex that could result in pregnancy.
Thank you!!!!
