No no, don’t actually, you probably wouldn’t be able to get away with it.

Does she remember saying this? Do your other flatmate(s) remember her saying this? This is a pretty shitty place to be in because if you want to switch rooms to be somewhere else, you’re going to have to go to the Residence Hall Director and be the BIGGEST bitch until they listen. I know this first hand because my Freshman year of college was a similar situation and the amount of threatening I had to do was exhausting. 

My story is under the cut because it’s long and not really a necessary read.

But when I went through a similar situation we couldn’t legally make one of the flatmates move out, so the other 3 of us left at the end of the semester. Usually some dorms clear up at the end of the fall semester due to some people graduating, some people leaving, and some people getting kicked out. I’d talk to your RHD if it’s at the point where you could not live with this person, and they would probably get you a list of available dorms you could move into at the end of the semester. 

And I say moving out is the best situation because if you confront her about this it’s going to be a shitshow and you’ve already got classes to worry about and the last thing you need is to be living in a hostile environment like that.
