It's so interesting to me that so many people love bread and it's smell so much. I was born without a sense of smell so bread is tasteless nonsense for me, so I've never understood ppl's fondness for bread. But your post about bread-making being ingrained in us from early times makes a lot of sense. Bread is just something that's stuck with humanity since the early times.
