Ok fine.
- Dice peppers and onion
- Throw the beef into a pot and break it into little pieces
- Add onions and whatever seasonings you like to the pot and mix it up as it cooks
- When it’s mostly done throw in the peppers and taco seasoning and stir
- Add tomatoes, green chilis, corn, small can of tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, softened beans, and stir
- Add 2 cups of broth and bring it to a boil
- Turn down heat and simmer for about 30 minutes
- Put into a bowl and add some cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and some scallions to make it look fancy
