Do you think people using collages as essentially career training is good? I recently saw a video about a professor of organic chemistry who was fired because his students wrote a letter talking about how they were getting zero’s on tests. The professor blamed COVID-19 and said that the students just didn’t know how to study anymore. The professor went on to say that he thought If you couldn’t do well in his class, you shouldn’t be a physician. Several people in the comments spoke about how they thought the professor was right, and that the class weeds out people who shouldn’t be doctors.
I personally say that anyone who holds knowledge like a carrot on a stick to weed people out for career purposes misunderstands the purpose of creating knowledgeable people.
