Hey space mom. I need some advice. So my best friend is being super weird and flakey. A week ago she wasn't answering any of my messages. She answered after three days explaining she had family issue. Ok, I understand that. Ask if she wants to spend the night the following weekend. She said sure. I text her on Saturday to see if she still can. She doesn't answering again. It's been another three days and she won't answer my texts or snap chats. She posted on SC and watched my story, so?? Advice?
Does she have depression or something that would cause her to not want to hang out? Did something happen between the two of you that might have upset her? Have you tried expressing your feelings and concerns to her?

Yes because I get way too many to answer all of them and some of them I have no way to answer or don’t want to answer, also I get a lot of questions that are answered easily by either looking at the FAQ or googling it.

Im not sure if youve answered an ask like this but im in a huge dilemma right now:( im 15, and have loved space ever since i was in 4th grade and have wanted to be an astronomer since then. Its just that math is kicking my ass and i know there is a lot of math tied to astronomy. I love space so much but im rethinking my career choices because of the fact i suck at math:((( i just need advice, do you think i should scrap this career path and do something else or continue working towards it?
You can, in some places, get a BA in astronomy so you don’t have to deal with so much math. However, a BA in astronomy isn’t worth a whole lot to employers unless you’re a museum / planetarium guide
Math is absolutely crucial if you want to get a BS in astronomy. At many universities, when you earn a BS in astro, you earn a BS in math too because a BS in astronomy/astrophysics is basically a math degree with more space stuff

There were about 12 of us and I ran the social media pages, answered emails, did outreach to local schools. I wrote the monthly dept calendar. Nothing too taxing tbh
