I’ve been told my entire life that I ‘sang like Shit’ from multiple people. Once you hear it enough, you start to believe it. So around 13 I just stopped singing altogether. Not even in the car or anything. And I was asked to do chorus and backing vocals for the demo track Rainbow Death Trip is making and every time I play it for someone they’re like “those are amazing vocals!!” And honestly it almost makes me want to cry. How many years I’ve spent devoid of music. How many years I’ve bit my toungue and held my words. How many years I’ve been silent.
