Uh anon cause generally going hey have you tried X is rude af. But as someone who went through 23 years of meds and was still sad before actually testing, if ADHD symptoms seem to otherwise fit you maybe go look at testing, cause no antidepressant antipsychotic or amount of therapy was helping till I got treatment for that.
Oh I have ADHD too, and I wasn’t diagnosed until 26. Strattera really really helps me tho
