Ive been seeing this weird hella bright, fast moving object in the sky around my town since mid summer. Any idea what it could be? It hovers in place for too long to be a plane or helicopter but then it moves fast enough to be tracked w my eye as it dims and then gets brighter. Maybe a drone or smthn?
