Idk man for me gender is just irrelevant and it’s like. Not a facet of my personality at all. I still know I’m a cis woman but gender just means so little to me
Which is why I use she/they pronouns or whatever I happen to be referred to as. Being misgendered doesn’t bother me. I just do not care anymore. Like I’m secure enough in my identity that is someone mistakes me for a man it’s like. Whatever idc
And I’m not saying gender identity can’t be important for people. In fact, it’s important for a lot of people. Especially trans people that just want to be identified properly. All I’m saying is that it doesn’t really matter to me.
