Schizophrenia runs in my family and I have Symptoms like ‘the murmurs’ but I think that might just be because I have Bipolar, which in certain ways overlaps with schizophrenia (ie psychosis, delusions of grandeur occasionally). Anyway I woke up at 4am today with the murmurs. I’m not sure if anyone else calls them that but they’re an auditory hallucination that sounds like people talking from another room or through a wall. I was like. In a fuckin way clearing the house to make SURE nobody was there. So now I’m sitting alone in the bathroom at 5:30am listening to classical music to drown out the voices :(
