YES exactly. It has to be used for good. My bfs doctors office took TWO FUCKING WEEKS to refill his psych meds and it’s like… you cant just “go a week” without those and I went just a little White Bitch on the receptionist because like. He did not know how to fuckin do his job. How do you work in a doctors office and have no fuckin idea what a prior authorization is. This dude also did not know how to set up an answering machine and he refused to take calls 90% of the time so I fucking HAD TO GO THERE in PERSON and be like “boy you are fucking up severely”
