okay, so i consider myself to have a generally good knowledge on cryptids and through research and other shit i have concluded that Nakey Nakey Man is a wendigo/fleshgait/etc.
before i go in depth, wendigos are basically witch doctors from Navajo culture who can like… mimic humans and animals. it’s pretty easy to tell an animal or human is a wendigo because of key points in its form. lack of a tail where one should be, human eyes in an animal, abnormal humanlike movements; in human mimics, repeating the same phrase perfectly over and over, and uncharacteristic actions of the individual in general.
in op’s post, they stated that Nakey Nakey Man looked like their neighbor that was in another state, which means it was definitely a mimic. i saw on Nakey’s wiki page that they lived in wendigo territory, which also points to Nakey being a wendigo pretty obviously.
the damage on the dude’s cars was likely related to Nakey, and therefore a supernatural force probably caused the massive and sudden damage. the key reason i believe Nakey Nakey Man is a wendigo is because of this part in op’s post
- “ and like every thign was dead silent the wind had stopped there weren’t any coyote noises or anythig it was just completely dead quiet and we got the fuckout of there because like it was so creepy”
this is described in EVERY SINGLE WENDIGO ENCOUNTER people have experienced. they always report the woods or their location being eerily silent and having a very very insanely creepy feel to it. look it up yourself i swear to god in every encounter of a wendigo you can find it is described that the area goes silent and everyone gets freaked the fuck out.
the final thing i will say is that on the final addition to the post op says they had like razorlike cuts on their arm??? i am 99% sure that’s also pointing to a wendigo encounter because i think that’s how they like… mark people.
TLDR; Nakey Nakey Man is a wendigo/fleshgait/similar because op lives in Wendigo territory and had many signs pointing to them experiencing a wendigo attack. typing this is making me freak the fuck out i hope this helps @kaijuno
