When I was about 2 years old I had this Bluejay that would follow me around like… religiously. Every time I left the house he was on my feet. For no reason. Yes I have pictures of this, I just have to get my parents to send them to me

Also got to pet a newborn fawn that was born in the front yard a few years later (yes mama came back at nightfall)

Also my dad and I help hatch baby painted turtle every year. The mama lays them in our yard and we mark them and dig them up after the… gestation? period
We take them to the pond later to let them swim away
