Or or imagine Hermann humming something by the Clash or like the Ramones and Newton hears it and sneaks into the kitchen to hear better and Hermann sees him out of the corner of his eye and starts humming Für Elise or something instead and when Newton confronts him about humming a punk song Hermann vehemently denies it and tells Newton to get his ears checked
Oka y but imagine this: Newt trying to send dick pics to Hermann but he’s not wearing his glasses and accidentally sends them to “Herc” instead of “Herm”

Domestic Newmann with Hermann having to drag Noot out of the lab every night because Newt is as bad at the sleeping thing as Hermann is but Hermann refuses to let Newt tire himself out like that. Newt will only sleep if Hermann sleeps though so-- it kind of works out in the end.

I like to imagine that Hermann is the type of guy to get really emotional about outer space when he’s drunk
Like imagine Newt trying to get him back to his room or something and Hermann’s being dragged along and he starts sobbing and Newt freaks out like “What’s wrong?! Is it your leg??” And Herm says “I jsut r eALL Y like sp ace”
